Serving Greater Houston and Dallas–Fort Worth

Our office is in west Houston, and we build throughout the Houston metro, including Katy, Missouri City, Sugar Land, Cypress, Pearland and the Gulf Freeway corridor. What types of commercial projects does EastWest Commercial Construction build?

We build ground-up retail centers and shell buildings, tenant build-outs and finish-outs, and commercial renovations. We also offer pre-construction services such as budgeting and value engineering. Most of our clients are property owners and developers in Houston and Dallas–Fort Worth.

Do you work in both Houston and Dallas–Fort Worth?

Yes. We’re based in Houston and serve the greater Houston area, including Katy, Missouri City and Sugar Land. We also build in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, where we’ve completed shopping center projects in Fort Worth.

Can you handle tenant finish-outs in my shopping center?

Yes. We regularly complete tenant build-outs for restaurants, service businesses and retailers. We coordinate with your tenant and their designers, manage permits and inspections, and turn the space over ready for the tenant to open.

Can you help before the design is finished?

Yes. Bringing us in during design lets us flag cost and schedule risks early, suggest value-engineering options and give you a realistic budget before you commit to construction.
